Shipping & Fulfilment

Our business hours for processing orders are 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Saudi time), Sunday to Thursday.

Orders placed before 3:30 PM (Sun–Thu) are processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after 3:30 PM are processed on the next business day.
Orders placed on Friday or Saturday are processed on Sunday (next business day).

Please allow 1–2 business days in total for processing before dispatch.

We ship via UPS.

Saudi Arabia (Domestic):
Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days depending on the city:

1–2 business days: Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Dhahran, Khobar, Makkah, Medina, Taif, Yanbu, Tabuk, Khamis Mushait, Najran, Jizan, Al Ahsa, Al Jubail, Hail, Buraidah, Al Qassim, Al Kharj.
2–3 business days: Abha, Abqaiq, Arar, Al Rass, Unayzah, Al Qatif, Rastanurah, Sakakah, Al Mizahmiyah.
3–4 business days: More remote destinations such as Assir, Abu Areesh, Al Darb, Al Edailiyah, Rafha.

GCC Countries (UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain):
Delivery within 2-3 business days.

You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Saudi Arabia (Domestic): From SAR 35 for shipments up to 1 kg, with incremental changes per kg.
GCC Countries: Starting at SAR 200 for 1 kg, with incremental charges per kg.
Final shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

For GCC shipments, customs duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
