    • Women in Mind Ltd, London, United Kingdom

References to “we”, “our”, or “us” mean Wasma Mansour Perfumes and its authorised partners.

3. Using the Site

  • The Site is for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You are responsible for keeping your account and login information secure.

  • If you access the Site outside Saudi Arabia, you are responsible for complying with local laws.

  • We may suspend or restrict your access if you breach these Terms or Saudi law.

4. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, images, logos, and trademarks on the Site belong to Wasma Mansour Perfumes or its licensors.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use our intellectual property without written consent.

6. Submissions to the Site

  • Do not send confidential or proprietary ideas unless requested.

  • Any unsolicited suggestions, concepts, or content you submit may be used by us freely without compensation.

7. Product Information

  • We make every effort to describe products accurately, but slight variations may occur (e.g. packaging, colour, scent strength).

  • All products are for personal use only and not for resale without written permission.

  • Always patch test before use. We are not liable for allergic reactions or misuse.

8. Orders

  • Orders are placed via checkout on our Site.

  • An order confirmation email is acknowledgment, not acceptance.

  • We may decline or cancel an order if:

    • The product is unavailable.

    • Payment cannot be authorised.

    • There is suspected fraud.

    • There is an error in pricing or description.

  • Orders are confirmed once we send you a shipping confirmation email.

9. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT where applicable.

  • We do not accept cash payments (including cash on delivery).

  • Payment must be made through our secure online gateway (e.g. Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay).

  • Payment is captured when your order is confirmed.

10. Delivery

  • We deliver within Saudi Arabia and internationally (where permitted).

  • Delivery times are estimates only. Delays due to couriers, customs, or unforeseen events are outside our control.

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.

  • Risk in the goods passes to you once delivery is completed.

11. Returns & Exchanges

In line with the Saudi Ministry of Commerce eCommerce Law (2019) and Consumer Protection Regulations:

  1. General Right of Return

  • Customers may return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  1. Perfumes, Cosmetics & Personal Care Products

  • For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, perfumes and cosmetics are non-returnable once opened, used, or unsealed.

  • This includes perfumes, oils, roll-ons, and scented candles.

  1. Exceptions – Always Accepted
    We accept returns or exchanges if the product is:

  • Defective (e.g. leaking, broken, faulty).

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • Counterfeit, expired, or not as described.

  1. Refunds

  • We do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.

  • Refunds are processed only to the original digital payment method used at checkout.

  • Where available, you may request store credit or exchange instead of a refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days once the return is approved.

  1. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for unopened products returned within 7 days.

  • Opened items cannot be exchanged unless defective or incorrect.

  1. International Orders

  • International orders are generally non-returnable due to customs restrictions and shipping costs.

  • Defective, damaged, or wrong international orders will be refunded or replaced on a case-by-case basis.

12. Promotional & Discounted Items

  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance campaigns are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

  • This does not affect your rights under Saudi law: defective, expired, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items may still be returned or replaced, even if purchased at a promotional price.

13. Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by Saudi law, we are not liable for:

    • Losses not foreseeable at the time of purchase.

    • Losses caused by misuse of our products.

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or harm to personal safety.

14. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including strikes, courier delays, system outages, or natural disasters.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  • Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
